This is a band made up of mostly dudes who have done time in Angelcorpse who just decided to get together and keep doing that. With Angelcorpse long dead, this is a welcome return to the slashing, burning, thrashing riffs and Slaytanic attitude. Gene Palubicki is responsible for the guitars and vocals on this, and as he was also playing guitars and doing songwriting on classic shit like Hammer of Gods and The Inexorable, it should be no surprise that this fucking kills. Perdition Temple have put out 5 albums in the last 16 years and have not gathered much attention, but holy shit does that need to change.
