Third album for Concrete Winds. I liked 2019's Primitive Force and somehow missed 2021's Nerve Butcherer. Fast, incisive, chaotic blackened death metal is still the name of the game here—why water things down when you got a formula that works well for you, right? The vocals are completely demented, and once again I can draw some similarities with the likes of Deiphago. They won't win anything at The Voice, but it's better than anything on that show anyway. ;) The music is a big whirlwind of dissonant metal of death that sometimes can slice your eardrums with some insanely razor-sharp, screechy guitars, while at other times it just comes down crashing with crushing heaviness that makes you beg for mercy and ask for more. Not too far removed from war metal, but a little more out of control.
