Nice little EP from Gama Bomb here, Necronomicon Automaton contains four new songs of speedy, upbeat, fun "party thrash" that gets the blood pumping despite its short length. This is clean, modern thrash like Gama Bomb have been releasing for many years now. Fast paced with swirling solos, unrelenting drums and catchy vocal lines that stand out and make you want to sing along. There's, of course, a hint of the old school, but Gama Bomb stick to a newer, more precise and cleaner thrash approach than many bands that have been popping up in recent years. It's too bad that this is so short, but until we get a new full-length, you can just play this one on repeat and mess up your neck in the process. See below for more reviews... ↓ |
