Terrordome, from Cracow, Poland, is actually a lot of nearly hysteric fun to listen to. This compilation, somewhat oddly titled as We'll Show You Bosch, Mitch!, contains some minor releases taken from the band's earlier catalog, with six live songs. Terrordome mostly sounds appealing to those who have also liked Crossover/Punk bands – next to Thrash Metal, of course. They sound ridiculously relentless, violent, and rebellious. This is the kind of band that is able to put on a chaotic live show, performing songs with high and intense energy levels (as can be heard in those six atrociously bad live tunes). In fact, they are like a Polish version of S.O.D., even naming their songs with such humorous and absolutely tasteless songs titles as "Madcap Terror", "Dickhead Stronger" and "Friends from the Gym". Or how about the two slightly renamed cover versions that they have done of S.O.D.'s "Speak English or Die" (renamed as "Speak English or Gay") or Nuke's "Hang the Pope" (renamed as "Hang the Cop"). Go figure... We'll Show You Bosch, Mitch! is kind of a funny and entertaining collection as a whole, throwing 50 minutes of good 'n' friendly violent fun straight in your arms, without hurting you too much. Warmly recommended for booze-filled Friday night gatherings, preferably together with some of your craziest Crossover/Thrash Metal nerds. |
