Chasing the Devil is album #3 from western Canada's Titan's Eve and it is pretty much the same album as their second, Life Apocalypse. Some thrashy riffs but more Traditional Metal twin guitar work dominate the songs which, thanks to the even more monotone vocal delivery than on the last album, sound a lot alike. The songwriting hasn't improved much and the band even throws in another softer instrumental that breaks from the rest of the album with some strings and keyboards, just like the last album. These guys play well but if you heard Life Apocalypse and didn't think it was the greatest album in a generation I can't think of much reason for you to pick up Chasing the Devil because you've already heard it.
