If you are familiar with the band, then skip to the last paragraph, if not, then read on!
This album will tell you a lot. It'll tell you about laying on the table in the morgue and being able to feel what surgeons are doing to you; it'll tell you about fucking dead people and then shooting the blood out of your dick. You'll discover stories of maniacs who strangle their prey and fuck them with a knife, about sodomy that is done with sharp meat hooks. This album will paint you terrifying pictures of gallery of suicide and collections of dead humans. You'll know what's like to be a part of such collection with your moth wired shut, punctured ear drums and every bone in your body broken. You'll get into the head of a maniac and let your rage out by smashing your enemies face with a hammer. Of course there is more violent content in this CD.
Don't be too scared! In February of 2000 Cannibal Corpse have completed their U.S tour called "Death Metal Massacre 2000". As you no doubt have guessed this is a live album, basically a collection of their greatest hits played live. The sound on this album is a very good quality, and in the booklet it says that no studio overdubs were used! I honestly believe them! The musician's skill is great throughout the album, everything is done and played properly! Line up for this album is: George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher - vocals, Pat O'Brien - guitar, Jack Owen - guitar, Paul Mazurkiewicz - drums, Alex Webster - bass. This album is fucking awesome and brutal. Every time I spin it, my CD player gets filled up with blood. And If someone tells you that death metal is dead - then just let him listen to "Live Cannibalism".
