Silent Opera, an Italian, female-fronted Symphonic Metal band, go for an early Nightwish sound. Singer Aria has a beautiful, completely operatic voice that doesn't always complement the band's more metallic sound. On songs like "Morningstar" and "Hidden Lies" everything works well together but the rest of Immortal Beauty suffers from the disconnect between the vocals and the music.
There's talent evident, especially in Aria's vocals, but the rest of the performances are sometimes rather average, as is much of the songwriting. Once Silent Opera raises their game to the next level, they will make some noise, but for now, they are a minor player.
