This is a short but sweet EP of old-fashioned Heavy Metal from Swedish band Air Raid. These guys have a very NWOBHM look, sound, and feel, with rocking riffs and the powerful vocals of Micheal Rinakakis. This was recently re-released by Stormspell with two bonus cuts off the band's demo, and I can't vouch for those, but this is a snappy, kickass EP that shows off what this band can do. None of the songs here are really that memorable, but the sound is powerful and the disc will keep your head banging. |
