This is a German band who have been around for about a decade, but this is their first full-length release. If this is what they come up with after ten years of work, then I can see clearly why it took them this long, and why this is an indie release. The bands claims to be Black/Death, but really this is trite Melodeath with plain riffs, boring drumwork, and horrible screeching in place of vocals. The only remotely tolerable parts of this are the rare occasions when the vocalist shuts the hell up, and what remains is cliche and dull. Skip it. |
