This is a relatively new US band that does not sound that much like a US band. This is Death Metal in a different vein than the often technical, clickety-click style of Florida or NY Death Metal opting for a much more Euro approach and a thrashy, pummeling riff style that reminds me of more rarefied sounds like Acrotichon or Asphyx. This is a crunching, hammering good time with a bludgeoning guitar sound and a subterranean feel. Good shit.
