This is heads-down, orthodox Black Metal that reminds me of old Enthroned or Marduk with the raw recording and relentless speed. This has a nicely underground feel, and a lot of energy and aggression, but that can't entirely make up for how derivative this is when you get right down to it. Competent but unmemorable.
