This is the delightful sound of almost pure chaos. Har have a name that sounds like a joke and nothing but a string of demos and EPs in their wake, but this debut album is a gleefully malign slab of smoking blackened wrath. Definitely in the vein of a lot of Osmose bands like Angelcorpse, Diocletian, Teitanblood and other blasting, evil bands, there's not a dull moment on here. The sound is underground without losing enough clarity to hear what the fuck is going on, just barely keeping up with the high-speed flailing riffs that sound like the band is about to trip over themselves. A high-energy, high-octane blast of killing steel. |
