Second album from this Peruvian band, who didn't make much of an impression with their debut almost a decade ago, but this album is a definite improvement. This band plays Heavy/Power Metal that has the expected Maiden influence, but also a healthy dose of Scanner-styled Speed Metal. It sounds similar to other South American bands like classic Hibria or Steel Warrior, with melodic riffs, some good vocal hooks, and a solid vocalist in frontman Sebastian Palma. There's nothing groundbreaking here, and some of the songs are much, much better written than others, so some of these sound first-rate, while others are far too derivative. It's an uneven album, but it still shows promise.
