This is one of those out of nowhere bands who have only been around for a little while, but they are fucking good. This is brass-knuckled Heavy Metal riffage with smooth, catchy vocals in that classic NWOBHM style. This kind of thing doesn't have gimmicks besides just writing good songs, and these are the kind you will be headbanging and singing along with before the song is even over. The opener "Witches' Serenade" will hook you in, but through pure air guitar workouts like "Pride or Dust" and "Bells" the album doesn't let go. Not all the vocal lines are gold, and some of the songs coast by purely on the riffs, but overall this is an excellent debut.
