This is a band playing a kind of mellow, melodic stripe of Black Metal. There's some influence from older bands like Dissection here, with a little of the more intricate arrangements of stuff like Blut Aus Nord or Uada. It has a rolling, echoey riff style that really could use some more bite in the guitar sound, but it does create a good atmosphere. I find this a good listen, and it has some affecting moments and generates a real mood, but it has its limitations.
