Still Alive...and Now? is the third album from Italy's Explorer, a band that plays early '80s-influenced thrash. Theirs is an unkempt style, long on energy and short on precision, which isn't to say it's bad simply where they seem to be focusing. The songwriting reminds me of very early Metallica as it has some of that same NWOBHM DNA. There are some decent riffs, like on "1.3.1.2," but Still Alive...and Now? is more memorable to me for the clunky choruses on "Laser Attack" and "Avalanche." Maybe Explorer is going for a loose, frenetic style, but for a band on their third album, it sounds a little sloppy to me. If you really dig unpolished, DIY-sounding thrash, by all means give Still Alive...and Now? a listen, but there are better examples available.
