This is the debut full-length from this Finnish band, and while it has a cool look, and I like their occult focus, the music here is pretty pedestrian. Very much in a Thy Serpent mode with the blurring tremolo riffage and a lot of melody, the songwriting suffers from a lack of focus and hooks, and the guitar sound is weak and doesn't really have any bite. This is nice enough background music, and it's not offensively bad or anything, it's just kind of bland.
