Review

This is a nice little EP of dark, eerie death metal. Draghkar know how to mix a heavy, doomy atmospheric vibe with sheer speed and brutality, and those 19 minutes are packed with evil madness. I can’t say there’s anything specific that really made me go, "wow" but, taken as a whole, The Endless Howling Abyss is a nice little slab of raw, unpolished death metal that just begs to be played over and over. As a bonus, those malevolent vocals will haunt your deepest dreams.
