Some rather raw and insane black/death metal out of the U.S. here. This is a short release to be considered a full-length, but what the hell. By the time this is over, it does feel like someone has been punching you in the face for the duration of a full-length so, works for me. Serum Dreg reminds me a little bit of Filipinos Deiphago, albeit not as insane (I mean, Deiphago are fucking insane). Fast, messy with harsh screamed raspy vocals and barely a second to catch your breath. It's not pretty, it's not accessible one bit, and might just be what the doctor ordered if you need to thrash around after a bad day. Nice!
