The Third Storm is the third album (natch) from Brazil's Apokalyptic Raids which was originally released back in 2005. Hells Headbangers released a new vinyl version in 2016 for all the Hellhammer/early Celtic Frost fans. For those that just came out from under a rock that means Apokalyptic Raids plays low-fi, simple Thrash with proto-Black/Death vocals and a punk attitude. One song sounds pretty much like the next, something that isn't helped by the deliberately muddy production so unless you eat, sleep, shoot and shit Hellhammer I don't know that there's much reason to own this. |
