This album is very much in the vein of the more recent Malevolent Lycanthropic Heresy, and one thing is for sure, Luring sure know how to make raw, violent, creepy atmospheric black metal. The vocals are out of this world, lots of rasps but also some inhuman, bone-chilling screams that are a perfect match for the majestic black metal on offer. It's kind of chaotic at times, while at other times it's almost like a different band is playing, but it all works well together. An aural nightmare that you wish wouldn't end.
