This is a band billed as "atmospheric" or "Post" Black Metal, leaning pretty heavily on the former rather than the latter. This is an album of generally agreeable melodies and some nice layers without much substance to ground it. Like a lot of this kind of thing, it is too vague to grab you and not well written enough to overcome that. You won’t hate this, but it doesn’t have much going on.
