You can file this one under thrash revivalists that thrash relatively well. Their style is very much based on mid-80s "clean" thrash. Clean vocals with decent, somewhat catchy vocals melodies, precise, non-chaotic playing that's nonetheless filled with aggression, and a lot of speed to boot. If you liked the clean Bay Area style of thrash, this one is certainly worth checking out. Game Over really don't invent anything here, but ultimately it's fun enough and not boring, and that counts for something. |
