Beauty and the Beast (2017)

This was okay. They did a good job replicating scenes such as the dinner musical scene and the ballroom dance, but other scenes were handled poorly. I wouldn't have gone to see it if I was paying for it.

Frankly, the CGI atrocities they have for the furniture characters is enough to make me not see it  :nervous:

Doctor Strange

Was actually really cool, much better than I expected.

I enjoyed it as well. As I recall from the comics, the character had an earthy, smart-alecky streak even though he is this great sorcerer and that was captured in the movie.
We need it as a liquid in our veins instead of blood

Yeah, a big part of the Doc's arc was that he started out as an arrogant prick.

I like that he was still kind of a prick after all he went through. He didn't become this paragon of decency just by undergoing eastern training.
