I'm a violinist so I listen to a bit of classical music, although nowhere near as much as I listen to metal. I mostly just listen to the 7 symphonies of Sibelius.  I also like late Mozart, Wagner, and Richard Strauss.

However, maybe it's just a guilty pleasure, but the only other music outside of Metal I listen to is Dance Gavin Dance.  Their songwriting and guitar stills are impressive. Also, the new singer has a great voice.

Dance Gavin Dance have got their shit together. One of my guilty pleasures is I See Stars. They haven't got a bad song.

As I said in a previous post been really into Synth/Shred wave.  Still pretty metal, but oozing with 80's nostalgia!
