You know it's a good day when a package from Cruz del Sur shows up. Red vinyl, bitches!

Nice! How much do they charge for shipping to the US? Do they combine shipping at a cheaper rate for bulk purchases?

It wasn't cheap, $13 or so, but they sent it. You can also get it directly from the band and they send from the states so it's probably less expensive.

Maybe you picked something on the Cruz site that they aren't allowed to send and that is why you got the error. It's worth sending them an email and asking. Their customer service is usually very good.

I had the same issue with a Cruz Del Sur order, it says that because the combined order is too heavy to ship via their post. All you need to do is contact their customer support (Enrico) and he will get you a quote shipped via DHL which to my surprise was cheaper and I had it in like two days.

Oh, and Cruz Del Sur is also doing a 9.99 shipping promo on all vinyl right now.

Bought Scream bloody gore, spiritual healing, and sound of perseverence, all remastered. The remasters are amazing CDs because of the amount of work put into the packaging. The CD booklets are thick, full of stories about chuck/the band members. The CD case comes in a sleeve with the album cover embossed. Really good quality. It amazes me how much love and respect is given to Chuck.

Other buys -
Decapitated CD, anticult. Not bad, just standard run of the mill stuff. Seems like blood mantra pt2.
Dying Fetus - Wrong one to Fuck with
Skid row - Skid row

Personally, I think it's fantastic. Ridiculously riffy. I'm not the biggest fan of Gallagher's monotonous vocals, and I really wish Beasley would take over more in the vocal department, but I can't really care too much when all of those riffs are firing.

Its my first Dying Fetus album and i think its great. Its along the lines of Tech/Brutal Death metal. The production is really clean and clear, which i think its really nice. The vocals are my only sticking point with it, they aren't bad, they are just your typical cookie monster thing. I'd check out "Fixated on Devastation" on youtube then decide from there.

If you turn it up loud enough, the drumming might just physically assault you.
