Iron Maiden last night.

If Eternity Should Fail
Speed of Light
Wrathchild
Children of the Damned
Death or Glory
The Red and the Black
The Trooper
Powerslave
The Great Unknown
The Book of Souls
Fear of the Dark
Iron Maiden
Number of the Beast
Blood Brothers
Wasyed Years

Decent list, could have lived without The Great Unkown, Fear of the Dark and Blood Brothers but otherwise no complaints.

Looks about the same as we witnessed in Newcastle. I seriously wish they'd drop "Fear Of The Dark", can't please everyone I guess.

"Fear of the Dark" is a great song, why would they drop it?

Since Chris and I don't like it, it should be dropped. End of discussion.  :lol

Honestly not a big fan. Fully understand why it's a part of the setlist, and its placement, but seeing it every time I see Maiden, I can't help think there are so many under-represented classics I'd rather see in its place. Doesn't even need to be from the eighties run, give me "Afraid To Shoot Strangers" or "Out Of The Silent Planet" any day.

I never heard a Maiden song I didn't like just like some more than others.

I saw Slayer last night.  Even though it poured rain, they sounded good and had a nice set list.  It was pretty heavy on stuff from Seasons in the Abyss.  Unfortunately, Lamb of God opened for them.  That is a band I truly despise.

Slayer puts on a good show and knows what the fans want to hear.

Manilla Road

Amazing show, phenomenal set list ("Cage of Mirrors" ), Bryan Patrick wandering in the crowd taking selfies with the fans while the Shark shreds...

It didn't matter that there was only around 100-150 folks in the club, The Road played like they were at some big, European festival. If you are in the states and this tour pulls into town anywhere nearby, go, you will not be disappointed.

Just came back last night from the Helloween - Pumpkins United Tour.

Every bit as magical as you would expect: Deris surprised me by singing great, Kai destroyed everything with the Walls of Jericho medley and Kiske is sounding exactly like his Helloween days. One of the best shows of my life!

Setlist:

Initiation
Halloween
Dr. Stein
I'm Alive
If I Could Fly
Are You Metal?
Rise and Fall
Waiting for the Thunder
Perfect Gentleman
Starlight / Ride the Sky / Judas / Heavy Metal (Is the Law)
Forever and One (Neverland)
A Tale That Wasn't Right
I Can
Drum Solo
Ingo Tribute
Livin' Ain't No Crime / A Little Time
Why?
Sole Survivor
Power
How Many Tears
Encore:
Eagle Fly Free
Keeper of the Seven Keys
Encore 2:
Future World
I Want Out
Metal is forever
In every Single matter
Metal is forever
Nations come together
