There comes a time, thief, when the jewels cease to sparkle, when the gold loses its luster, when the throne room becomes a prison, and all that is left is a father's love for his child.

Not bad. The music seems less catchy this go around than on either Tempo... or Shovel Headed Kill Machine. Also, I prefer Souza to Rob Dukes; he has a much more distinctive voice. All the same, it's not a bad record, and some of it, like "Riot Act", really kills. Let's just hope they can top Bonded sometime in their careers.

Hello Overman! Welcome among us Crypters!
As for Exodus - anybody who liked the two previous albums should be satisfied with this one. One thing is for sure - it really packs a punch!

Force of Habit is kind of a grower. Once you get past the slick drums, you'll be digging it although I can't really say I am...But 'Architect of Pain' clocks in at 11 minutes and that's a first. Good, heartfelt tune.

As far as I'm concerned, Tempo and Shovel didn't even come anywhere close to Bonded and Pleasures. I'm automatically going to assume that this is going to be another one of those "modern Thrash" albums that I'd listen to a couple of times before getting tired of it.
Those tracks on their Myspace are pretty over-produced for Thrash.

It sucks too much to be anything worthwhile. This is the end of EXODUS. Not that anyone really cares.

I didn't get into the last two. I listened to maybe two songs off the new one. Gallhammer - Ill Innocence

Exodus really came into their own with the release of 'Pleasures of the flesh'. 'Bonded by blood' is average if not horrid. But good luck telling that to the penisuctionists....I think the next reissue of 'Bonded" should come with an unpolished knob and bunch of cherry lubricant packets.

I can't recall the last time one of my all-time favorite albums was "thrashed" like this. Give him a good beating, Sirliftsalot48.
