It was supposed to be Vincent Price but he demanded too much cash. Apparently some guy at the radio did the introduction in a Vincent Price-tyle of voice.

Here's one possibly useless fact;  the city of Chino, California has a $500 fine for detonating a nuclear device within the city limits- no doubt assuming of course that there's anyone left alive to collect the fine or any of the perps are alive to pay it.

In Dubai, if you accidently kill an Indian or Filipino in a car accident, you will be charged with unintentional manslughter, spend a few days in prison and have to pay AED 75,000 blood money.

If you accidently kill an Arab who is not Emirati in a car accident you will be charged with unintentional manslaughter, spend a few weeks in prison and have to pay AED 125,000 blood money.

If you accidently kill a Brit or American in a car accident you will be charged with unintentional manslaughter, spend a few months in prison and have to pay AED 500,000 blood money.

If you accidently kill a local Emirati in a car accident you will be charged with first degree murder, spend many years in prison, pay a hefty AED 1 million, and then you will be deported .

here's some strange useless sex laws:
