I am from South Africa and had the best results from The End records so far.  Other worthy mentions include Blackmetal.com and relapse records.

I use www.play.com

There may not be the rarer stuff one one possibly want but living in Malta, the only 'metal' you'd see in a record store are slipknot, linkin park and other bullshit.. sad isn't it.

If i'm lucky i may find some classics form Slayer, Maiden, Metallica etc.., so for the rest i'll have to buy online!!
