They sound like every element of The Scarecrow brought out and amplified. It's a great cross-hatch of genres. With no dud tracks, either.

You really expect him to go back to the sound of those albums? But yeah...very cool, very much a continuation of The Scarecrow, except this time heavier and more metallic than Tobias has ever been at times, and other times just more well written.
