Got this in the old email today from the singer of Total Eclipse. At least he's visited the site, right? 

This is the singer of Total Eclipse, Andy Dracons Giardina,Thanks a bunch for the insults u showered upon us in your review of "Ashes of Eden" (LMP), it shows you dont know jack about metal music in general and your whole criticque seems based on some kind of repressed childish anger. I guess it's easier to sit back and write about stuff if u're not directly involved in it. Either way everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just wish u'd kept ur repressed xenophobic and homophobic tendencies out of the article- none of us in the band are gay by the way(not that there's anythin wrong w it). But I guess u're one of those ppl who likes to judge a book by its cover. Stick to criticizing the music, buddy, not the fuckin color of the album cover. Yeah, maybe that was a bit low. But I stand by my review. The album isn't the worst thing I've heard, but certainly in terms of Limb's roster.

Looks like Andy has been reading the site. I wouldn't care so much except as a published writer myself, in many fields, I feel like he's selling me short a little. Oh well. This is what he had to say about us all:

Good thing u posted in your Forum the e-mail I sent you regarding your biased review of our first full length album "Ashes of Eden", so everyone can read for themselves what a young 24-yr old pup who was born in 1986 (i.e. YOU)and professes a deep and profound knowledge of heavy metal actually knows about anything:)- the problem i had with your review was the poor choice of words you used, the direct insults to our person and the swearing, and the obvious intent to not judge impartially the content of the music; all clear indications of a certain unprofessionalism. I have no problem w/ the fact that our music is not your style- maybe that is just what u should've said to begin with, it might've saved you face instead, but your biggest mistake was actually posting the e-mail which was directed to your person. Having read the hundreds of reviews the band has received from the int'l media over the years I have become fairly good at judging good critics from bad ones, and you, my friend, are definitely too young to know what heavy metal represented in its heyday, since the seventies through the golden decade of the 80s until present day. If I understand correctly you were first introduced to heavy metal when you heard The Iron Maiden "The Best of the Beast" collection, which came out in the early 90s, from what i gathered from your bio. Enough said concerning your "expertise" in the field of power metal or metal in general. I ran through the responses in the forum, and it really made me laugh when I noticed a certain disdain of your person from others who shared my opinion. Of course some took your side and I noticed that most of the responses were from your co-workers (wow good job, a very impartial and close-knit group of "experts", I see)- and of course a lot of these ppl in the forum -some of which are obviously "envious" bands who have never experienced the success that Total Eclipse has had- didn't even listen to "Ashes of Eden" so it seems to me they had absolutely no right to express an opinion. Some pathetic fuckhead from some band called me a "faggot"? With no disrespect to your colleague "critics" you're turning your site into a real fucking joke. If only you could show a lil more professionalism and ethical stand in your writing it would at least help resolve the great misconception that ALL metalheads are dumb idiots with no intellectual side to them- as for me I have a couple of M.A. degrees- World history and Poli Science my friend, and I am also a published writer in various fields, so please allow me to divagate but I think it deserves to be mentioned within the present context to prove my point. Now I wonder if you're even going to post this in the forum,I know it's gonna make you look really bad, but frankly I don't give a damn cause you brought this upon yourself and it's time somebody said something to put people like you back in their place.
