They barely have anything indexed it seems. Most searches I'm doing yield next to no relevant results. I can see this being a lot more useful than the regular search engine format though. If it works properly that is.

I noticed that.  As far as I know, that just got online very recently and it'll take a while before it's ready for prime time.  As long as it's in "Google Labs", you can assume that it has some limited functionality/database.
