Metal is Forever

Mezarkabul - Pentagram
« on: June 03, 2009, 01:20:40 PM »

Have you ever heard about this guys? They seem to be very popular in Turkey. I've been listening to their music for a couple of days on YouTube. They play power-heavy metal with symphonic and arabic Edit: oriental elements. I recommend a listen.

Not bad.

What's up with the sync on the vocals?  Is he singing in Turkish in the video with English dubbed?

Aren't almost all videos (promos) dubbed with the studio version on top for instruments and vocals?

The album has both versions: English and Turkish.

This is a MUCH better track.

So now that we have a Turkish Heavy Metal band, along with many awesome Greek ones, let's start the usual Turk-Greek flame wars.  icon_cool

I guess the band shot the video in Turkish, and the song in Turkish and English. The YouTube magic did the rest and someone put the English song to the video in Turkish.   Grin

Ugh, not my cup of tea.... what was that anyway? Gothic?

IMO, Melecesh are much stronger at pulling off the "oriental" sound.
