I heard about this, and I actually know a girl who was friends with the drowned one. This actually is a huge problem, it had something to do with a boyfriend or some shit like that.

This isn't really a teenager thing, it's a girl thing.  Girls are always obsessed with social strata and placement, and when you put them in groups they can be vicious.  Way more vicious than teenaged boys.  There were some teen girls here in the US who are doing hard time because they essentially tortured a girl to death because she was a lesbian.  This thing has all the hallmarks of teen girl peer pressure dynamics.

Yeah, guys aggression is basically shown through fists while girls aggression is show through verbal abuse which can be a lot worse than physical abuse. I still recall with horror my school days and how people treated me because I didn't fall into any peer pressure or "in crowd" bullshit. It was even worse because for a female to genuinely like Heavy Metal like I did is unusual, normally they're just in it because their boyfriend likes it and if they move to someone else who likes some other kind of music they'll just get into that instead.

my school days were garbage, but i wasnt shunned out, probably because i was the only boy in the whole fucking school who listens to metal!!!! my friends always had the mentality that "metalers" wore black everything, worshiped satan and did drugs in the school restrooms...but since they saw i pretty much didnt fall into any of those categories they thought i was "normal", but that doesnt make a difference because i remember one goth chick who was actually quite popular between the boys and the girls and she wasnt that hot. So its safe to say that people of my school had an open mind when it came to music.

when i entered uni, i joined the music club...for the first meeting, when i entered the room i was greeted to the sound of distorted guitars and blasting drums...AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH sweet sound of metal  i was lucky this time to be surrounded by people of the same "species".
