Cadavers "Hallucinating Anxiety" opens with a track called Tuba - does that count?!. Can't recall if it has actual tuba in it though... although I seem to remember hearing sax and other random stuff so it's a possibility!

Death's "Voice of The Soul" is probably the best instrumental track ever written - and it is primarily acoustic. 6 guitars in there total if I am not mistaken.
